CIRCAN Allied Health Exec Member Recruitment OPEN

The Children’s Inpatient Research Collaboration of Australia and New Zealand (CIRCAN) is opening expressions of interest for an Allied Health Executive Team member.
You will be in regular attendance at monthly executive executive team meetings and have the opportunity to help shape and support CIRCAN’s goals and research directions. There is scope for you to be supported to develop or mentor others in new paediatric research projects or join existing projects. Your perspective as a nursing and/or allied health member
of the healthcare system is valued by CIRCAN and we are supportive of and have a track record of excellent multidisciplinary research projects.

Requirements

  • CIRCAN Membership (free)
  • Working in or performing paediatric research with an allied health position or background. Allied health includes: nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, speech pathology, psychology, patient engagement and social work.
  • Demonstrates an interest and commitment towards helping support paediatric inpatient research
  • Research experience, ideally including supervision/mentoring/teaching experience and experience working across multiple Australian hospital sites
  • Ability to attend fortnightly meetings on Thursdays at 12pm-1pm. (first Thursday of month being regular member CIRCAN meetings and third Thursday being Executive meetings).
