We’re excited to invite you to be a part of shaping CIRCAN!
This invitation is open to anyone working in inpatient General Paediatrics. The Children’s Inpatient Research Collaborative of Australia and New Zealand (CIRCAN) has been created to enable large-scale multicentre research focused on inpatient General Paediatrics. This initiative comprises a community of paediatricians, paediatric trainees, nursing and allied health staff with an interest in research.
The network now includes over 40 hospitals representing every state and territory of Australia, as well as the North and South Islands of Aotearoa New Zealand.
As a next step, we are conducting a Delphi study to establish the research priorities of our member sites. This first stage survey asks for basic demographic data and then for the questions most important to your daily practice in inpatient General Paediatrics that remain unanswered. Your research questions will be collated and prioritised in the next Delphi stages to guide the network’s research focus.
