We invite all CIRCAN members and those interested in Paediatric inpatient research to please save the date for our 2026 Symposium on 17-18th of October 2026. The conference topic is themed “Riding the wave of Paediatric Research” and it is to be held on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia but the venue is still being finalised. The conference is on the weekend following the Children’s Healthcare Australasia Conference in Broadbeach. It is open to paediatricians, trainees, nurses, allied health and other workers in general paediatric research.
The CIRCAN program will include updates from our latest research projects in asthma, IV line trials, alarm fatigue and more. There will also be practical research updates, external presentations, panel discussions and more! Given the feedback from last years conference it will now be a two day meeting to allow for more networking and learning time. It will be a great opportunity to grow and strengthen our wonderful research community.
Registrations as well as call for abstracts for short oral and poster presentations will open on the 1st of May.
